What information is needed to generate predictions?

In order to provide you with the most reliable prediction possible, we need to analyze your daily data for at least the last 24 months:

  • KPI to be predicted

  • Date corresponding to each data point

  • Dimensions (distribution channel, device type, browser type, etc.)

In addition, we need to contextualize this data against what we call "special events":

  • Promotional campaigns: Black Friday, special days, etc.

  • Special days: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.

  • Others: Lockdown, closure of an outlet for works, etc.

How to generate a prediction file?

  1. Paste the necessary data in the left field and view our understanding in the right field. You have the possibility to integrate this data with the column headings. In this case, don't forget to check "header".

  2. In the same logic, paste the list of your particular events => during the period of the data entered + on the period to be forecast, indicating

    1. The name of the event

    2. The start date of the event (we recognize all types of date formats compatible with Excel)

    3. The end date of the event

  3. Choose the period of time for which you want a prediction (40 days maximum)

  4. Give your prediction a name and click on "Generate prediction".

That's it! Welcome to the future!
